Having coffee in the room with a comfortable mattress made our stay enjoyable. The large desk allowed us to catch up on work without distractions.

This place was just a well-suited match for a quick stopover in Gainesville with great value. The room was very clean and updated with a large flat screen, microwave, and fridge that made my stay comfortable. Make sure to check in early since it might get busy later at night.

The location is strategically away from heavy traffic, making it easy to access local attractions while maintaining a quieter atmosphere. The outdoor space includes grills and picnic tables, providing options for family-friendly gatherings, although the gator theme could have been more pronounced.

Unfortunately, the absence of fitted sheets was a game changer for comfort—waking up directly on the mattress isn't exactly a pleasant experience. Noise carried through the walls, especially from a group of rambunctious kids who made it rough for anyone trying to sleep. The lack of a mini breakfast and a coffee station in the lobby left something to be desired for early risers. Additionally, the furniture shows its age, with lumpy beds and uncomfortable chairs reminiscent of sitting on lumber. Navigating to the second floor via outside stairs isn't ideal either, especially for those hauling luggage or with mobility issues.

This place had a pretty nice swimming pool which my kids couldn't get enough of. The free breakfast was surprisingly good with yogurt and muffins that got us ready for the day.

The check-in process was really smooth, and the staff was genuinely friendly. My room felt clean, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. I enjoyed the location, as it’s just a short drive to some local attractions. However, the lack of fitted sheets was a bit disturbing. I woke up several times because the flat sheets kept slipping off the mattress. Also, I felt really let down by the noise from some guests. Kids were running around and being loud, making it hard to relax. I understand it's a family-friendly place, but the parents should have managed the situation better. I had to take my baby for a car ride to calm her down. I did appreciate having several restaurants nearby, which made dining options convenient. The breakfast selection could definitely be improved. it was quite basic and didn’t offer much fresh food. All things considered, I think it has potential, but there are definitely areas that need attention.

I stayed here for 3 nights and had a good time overall. The room was super clean and had a comfy mattress. Loved the coffee in the room. There was a nice picnic area outside for chilling. The only thing is that the old building creaks a bit, but it didn't really bug me much.
